406 ASI mod motor

406
Motown Block and heads
JE pistons
Eagle crank
Eagle rods
comp roller cam
crower roller rockers with stud girdle
MSD Distributor with wires and plugs
front pulleys with big GM fan or small fan
Braswell Alky carb with log and alky regulator
or VDL gas carb with or without regulator.
we just run a cv products 8 pound pump with no reg

670 HP
570 torque
has 626 total laps
113 laps since freshened. (only had to freshen because we dropped a nut in the intake and it dinged a piston)

The last time I ran this motor we won the $3000 Classic at Canyon
I was also running this motor the night I came from 17th to 4th the night I flipped in Cruces at the big show. That is enough proof this dog will hunt, as we all know Friday nights big show is hammer down. I always ran a 8200 chip with this motor, so it will work very well with the new 8000 chip rule that we will have for 2010.

This Motor was originally a BMS motor, but I had Dick Sweat from ASI go through it and Dyno it.

I am only selling it because i need to pay for my USMTS spec motor, otherwise i wouldnt let it go.

$12,000 as is or $11,500 w/o carb. Cash money talks, so if you are interested give me a call.

Thanks,
Bumper

i also have a 370 that was built by Larry's Engine and Marine

It has zero laps since it was freshened. It was dyno'd and we put it in the car and started it.

this motor hasnt been in a car in several years, and I dont even remember what is in it. I do know it was good stuff tho, trust me.

578 HP
7800 RPM max

This would be a good little starter motor for somebody that wants to add a little hp to their x mod when they run with the regular mods. If you are interested, let me know.

$5000 no pumps
$5750 with alky carb, regulator, water pump pulleys

P.S. If you would like to see either of these motors, just call Riley @ 623-556-3125 for daytime veiwing, or me for after hours. We also have a few belt drive fuel pumps, and power steering pumps we can add to either of these motors. If somebody wants both motors, i will sell them for $16,000 with both Carbs, (1 alky, 1 gas) regulators, pulleys, fans, distributors, power steering pumps.. basically everything but a flywheel and starter.

Thanks,
Bumper 915-637-0000
